A Message From The Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation

July 30, 2011 — The Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation is dedicated to providing funds for things not in the basic construction bid, but are needed to provide special amenities at the state-of-the-art facility. We were off to a wonderufl start with the generous donation of land worth over $3 Million by Ridgegate and construction of the $165,000 entry plaza by the project General Contractor G.E. Johnson. Additionally, the $400,000 Terrace Theater now place on the north side of the Arts Center was funded by matching funds from the City of Lone Tree and the Foundation.

Together with the support of many donors, the Foundation has made great progress in the Capital Campaign, however your help is still needed for remaining Campaign items:

  • Orchestra Shell - an additional $20,000 is needed;
  • Meeting and A/V Upgrades - a total of $136,536 is needed;
  • Performance Equipment - including a Concert Grand Piano, Orchestra/Seating Risers, Lighting Fixtures, a total of $108,800 is needed; and
  • Meeting and Patron Amenities - a total of $22,500 is needed.
  • Please consider a tax deducible donation today. We look forward to discussing a variety of donor opportunities with you that will compliment your level of interest in the new Lone Tree Arts Center.

Why Your Business Should Consider Supporting The Lone Tree Arts Center

January 1, 2011 — As the Chairman of the Lone Tree Cultural Arts Campaign Cabinet and South Metro Denver resident, I am proud to be leading the corporate fundraising arm of the Capital Campaign for the Lone Tree Arts Center. I am looking forward to this great new addition to our region for many reasons, not the least of which is the economic development impact that an arts facility brings to a region. For me personally, however, I believe close proximity to the Arts Center's array of concerts, plays, kids programs and other activities increases the liklihood of South Metro Denver families attending functions more frequently - building the character of our community one play, one concert, one performance at a time.

I would encourage you to consider a gift to the Capital Campaign to demonstrate your business's support of this landmark addition. Your gift will help us reach the goal of opening an extraordinary performing arts and meeting facility with every patron and performer amenity in place. By making a contribution to the Capital Campaign, you send a signal to your employees and customers that making the South Metro area a better place to live and do business is important to your company. Once the Arts Center opens, you will no doubt want to take advantage of its meeting spaces for business purposes; its performing arts series for personal, employee and client entertainment; and its enhancement of northern Douglas County's quality of life for the benefit it provides to your community.

Arts Center corporate sponsorships are available at a number of different levels, and provide a variety of attractive marketing, entertainment and other benefits. Please contact us today to learn more about how your company can make a difference to our campaign.
