LONE TREE ARTS CENTER OPENING EARLY FALL 2011

Support the LTCAF

The Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed to assure that the Lone Tree Arts Center meets the current and future needs of the community. Gifts to the Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the law. Funds raised during The Capital Campaign for the Lone Tree Arts Center will be used for upgrades and enhancements to the building, as well as for programming and operational funds to ensure the Arts Center’s early success.

Your gift to the Foundation’s Capital Campaign for the Lone Tree Arts Center demonstrates in the strongest way possible your support of this new addition to the cultural landscape of the Denver metro area. By making a financial contribution, you help position the Arts Center as an important regional resource, while at the same time enjoying potential tax benefits.

How to support the LTCAF:

Gifts of Cash

Cash makes the most immediate impact on plans for the Arts Center and allows you to receive full tax benefits to the extent allowed by law. We encourage you to also consider a multi-year pledge to maximize the power of your gift. Many pledges are for a two- to three-year term, but depending on the size of the gift, other terms can be arranged.

Seat Plaque

The perfect way to demonstrate your support or to honor or pay tribute to a worthy individual and support the Lone Tree Arts Center. An elegant plaque bearing your name will be prominently affixed to a mainstage auditorium seat. Interested donors may complete a Seat Plaque Form and mail to: LTCAF, 9220 Kimmer Drive, Suie 100, Lone Tree, CO, 80124. Please call 720.880.2499 for seat availability and details.

Gifts of Securities

Appreciated securities can sometimes provide larger tax benefits. By donating appreciated securities, you may claim the current market value of the shares as the gift amount and thereby avoid capital gains taxes. Interested donors may contact 720.880.2499 for details.

Matching Gifts

Many employers match their employees’ charitable giving. If your employer does, please ask your human resources department for the appropriate forms and we will help you increase the impact of your contribution.

Leave A Legacy

Donors wishing to make substantial legacy gift to support the Lone Tree Arts Center can consider including the Arts Center as a beneficiary of a planned bequest or deferred gift.

Naming Opportunities

Corporate donors can consider sponsorships with associated time-limited naming opportunities. Naming opportunities provide maximum visibility and recognition of your support. Please ask for more details.

Corporate Sponsorship

Corporations wishing to demonstrate their commitment to the well-being of the community in which their employees live and work are encouraged to consider corporate sponsorships. Sponsorships can provide visibility, entertainment and corporate philanthropy benefits. Please ask for more details.

Foundation gifts

The Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation welcomes grant awards from personal, private and public foundations.

Challenge Gifts

Donors wishing to increase the impact of their individual gift should consider making a Challenge Gift. Challenge Gifts require a matching component from other donors, thereby generating two or three times the amount of the original gift. These types of gifts provide visibility to the original donor, and allow matching donors to help generate increased support.

Shared Gifts

Shared gifts allow donors to pool their resources and make a larger gift than they might make individually. Typically given in exchange for naming rights, Shared Gifts provide prominent recognition to the donors.

Deferred Gifts

The Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation has a bequest and deferred gift program to accommodate the forethought of such donors. Donors interested in this option should consultant with their attorneys and financial advisors.
